This position is responsible for the implementation of the CSG and Quaero solutions and products at various clients across the country. Additionally, this role will serve as a point of contact for our clients during the implementation process (from contract execution through maintenance# and assist them standardize the use of CSG products and solutions to increase customer and client satisfaction and improve operational efficiencies. Will also assist the team#s# regarding project implementation status and identification of any risks or roadblocks that will help to drive product designs and product evolution.
