• Every lead bids account should be exclusively owned by one individual/company, and every individual/company may own solely one Lead bids account.
• User accounts are non-transferable.
• All through your association with Lead Bids (Leadbids.com), you will not propose nor lay claim to be an employee or agent of Lead Bids (Leadbids.com), the Company.
• Personal offers beyond the Lead Bids system of online marketplace are expressly prohibited.
• Be accountable for getting in touch with the lead clients and carrying on business between yourself and the customer with no future participation from Lead Bids (Leadbids.com).
• Members may not connect to specific groups of external sites. These comprise: pages holding explicit, offensive or obscene language or pictures, pages bearing copyright conflicting material, pages that could be categorized as auto-promotion, for example pages affiliated with the user. Generally, outside links are regarded as mistrustful except when they're evidently contextually associated.

In absence of confining the preceding, under no conditions shall Lead Bids (Leadbids.com) or its licensers be deemed liable for any hold-up or lack of performance ensuing directly or indirectly from actions of nature, forces, or reasons outside its rational control, including, without limitation, Internet breakdowns, computer equipment breakdowns, electrical power malfunctions, strikes, labour conflicts, telecommunication equipment collapses, other equipment breakdowns, riots, civil disruptions, shortfalls of labour or materials, fires, floods, uprisings, storms, blowups, natural disasters, state of war, political actions, rulings of domestic or international courts or judicatures, non-performance of third parties, or loss or variations in heat, light, or air conditioning, stock market collapses, communicable diseases, rashes, extraterrestrial intrusion, space-time continuum deformations, database breakdowns, blackouts, brownouts, whiteouts.

Lead Bids consent not to furnish those contact information that is banned as said in the un-purchased lead, make no assurance pertaining to the precision and value of leads, as this is outside our control, not be responsible for anything that takes place between you and the prospective client, not to issue any repays for money appended to your account.

• Members who are prohibited by Lead Bids management can anticipate no repayment of any monies paid by them.
• By presenting a listing, you allow Lead Bids a permanent, irreversible and unlimited license to amass and exhibit the particulars of your listing.
• By presenting a listing, you consent that in the case of a sale, your listed contact details will be disclosed to the succeeding bidder.
• The seller should have the correct and bona fides purpose to establish the price and the number of lead listed.
• A user constructing a winning bid or offer is bound to buy for the sum of the winning bid or offer.
• The seller should furnish complete details of the lead for sale, and should not deliberately conceal information from the purchaser after purchasing the lead.
• Items may not be provided for sale through of any other means while the subject of a listing on Leadbids.com.
• Items violating any guideline may be debarred or removed with no repayment of any amount paid.
• Bids and offers are unspecified to everybody excluding the seller.
• Placing bid or offer concurs that you may be the victorious bidder and if that happens, your contact details will be passed on to the seller.
• Sellers may not bid or offer on their own listing, either for their own sake or by a middleman.
• Members may not disclose to other members who placed a bid or offer, whether through PM or public comment or any other means.
• Bids or offers with no response from the seller inside 72 hours will be eliminated on their own.
• Showing response to a bid or offer is lasting; refused bids may not be accepted later on, and accepted bids may not be refused afterwards.
• Bids are lawfully obligating and irreversible until accepted, at which time the preceding bids are based on first come first win.
• Bids may not be backed out by the bidder.
• Every bid should be paid straight and accepted before lead detail information will be supplied.
• Acceptation of purchase bid/lead signifies the user who put that bid is the victor, and the purchaser is won.

Our Role

Lead Bids (Leadbids.com) does not get into financial transactions or business relations between marketplace buyers and sellers. Lead Bids (Leadbids.com) is exclusively a neutral facilitator, and will not be held accountable for the non-performance of either party to go through with their obligations, consented or otherwise. The subject matter of a marketplace listing is the obligation of the individual sellers including conformity with all polices and not employing in misguiding and/or unreliable behaviour and therefore Lead Bids (Leadbids.com) is not responsible for any infringements of rights of a third party, particularly intellectual ownerships, trademark rights, and copyright leading from a marketplace listing. Lead Bids (Leadbids.com) keeps the right reserved to take out any listing, bid, offer or remark from the system at its own free will.

Changes to Terms of Service

We may carry out modifications to this Term of Service now and then. We will give notice to you regarding significant changes to this Term of Service either by placing a striking declaration on our website and/or by passing on a message to the e-mail address you have supplied to us that is comprised within your user settings. Any modifications made are in effect retroactively and instantly irrespective of notification.
